Are you looking for affordable housing in the short term?

At the Hotel sleep&stay we offer a straightforward solution with no deposit, including all additional costs and parking. You can choose from two room categories:

ECO Room

Furnished room with 27m2 without balcony in hotel available for monthly rent. Toilet/shower available in the room. Parking space behind the house included in the price. Also 1 cleaning per week and bed linen.

TV, Wi-Fi, bed linen, small fridge in the room. A microwave and a large shared fridge are available in the lobby. Access to a washing machine is available. No deposit is required. Rooms are available from October to the end of March/April.

PRICE:

Single room 1,100.00 p./month

Business Studio Room

Furnished room of 27m2 with balcony facing the quiet back of the hotel. A parking space behind the house included in the price. 1x cleaning and linen change per week included.

Room facilities: TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, kitchenette (without stove), refrigerator, hairdryer, large balcony, corner bench, dishes. Toilet/shower in the room. Access to a washing machine is possible. No deposit is required. The rooms are available from October to the end of March/April.

PRICE:

Single room Fr. 1,550.00 / double room Fr. 1,900.00

(including all additional costs)

Services for both room categories

  • Linen change once a week.

  • Restant cleaning once a week (making the beds, cleaning the kitchen, dusting, changing garbage bags, cleaning and drying the sink and shower, changing towels (if on the floor), general cleaning of the toilet and floor

  • Intermediate cleaning must be done by the guest themselves.

  • Each extra cleaning 30.00 CHF

  • 2 room cards

  • Free parking

  • TV

  • Internet access

  • Refrigerator

  • Microwave

  • Kettle

  • Toaster in the lobby

  • Air Fryer in the lobby

  • Fan

  • Laundry service for an additional charge (on request)

  • An iron and ironing board are available free of charge in the laundry room in the lobby .

  • 2 free coffees per day in the lobby

  • Bed linen included

 

Further information will be provided upon check-in.

 

 

The price is per month and must be paid before the rental begins.

There are no refunds for early departure.
